These terms govern use of the public website at corsariotrading.com (the “site”). They are written in plain language. They are a draft for counsel to review before anyone relies on them.
1. Who we are
Corsario Trading is a private wealth management operation. We steward capital for our own principals. The crypto trading desks described on the site — funding and lending strategies, perpetual-futures strategies on BTC and ETH, and spot and market-neutral work — are how we put that capital to work. We operate internationally. This page does not state a place of incorporation, a licence, a registration, an audit, or an insurance policy. If a regulator’s rule applies to a particular activity, that rule is not waived by anything written here.
2. What this site is
The site is a brand and showcase page, and a doorway to a separate, access-controlled dashboard at dash.corsariotrading.com. It is not a trading venue, not a brokerage, not an exchange, and not a client portal for the public.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or leverage any asset. You should not treat the ship’s-code articles, desk descriptions or sample charts as instructions. Decisions about money belong with you and with advisers you choose for yourself.
4. No offer and no outside capital
The site is not an offer of securities, funds, managed accounts, advisory mandates or any other product. It is not a solicitation for clients or for outside money. We trade our own principals’ capital. Sending a message through the form does not make you a client, a partner or an investor, and it does not open an account.
We do not accept subscriptions, deposits or allocation requests through this site. If a message asks us to manage someone else’s money, we will treat it as correspondence, not as an application.
5. The dashboard
dash.corsariotrading.com is a separate application. Access is limited to authorised crew. A link from this site does not grant access. The dashboard has its own controls and is not promised to be available, complete or free of interruption.
6. Risk warning
Crypto assets are volatile. Perpetual futures and other leveraged contracts can lose all capital, and losses can happen quickly. Funding, basis and market-neutral approaches still carry operational risk, counterparty risk, exchange risk, technology risk and liquidity risk. Past or sample figures are not a guide to future results. There is no assurance of profit.
7. Sample data
Charts, tape strips, bearings and “sample print” figures are illustrative. They are marked “Sample data” where they appear. They are not our performance, not profit and loss, not yield, not win rate, not assets under management, and not a quote you can trade. Do not rely on them for accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
8. Third parties
The site links to our dashboard and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. We may later enable a Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact form. We also trade on major centralized exchanges; naming that fact is not an endorsement, a partnership or a claim that any venue sponsors us. Third-party sites and services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, emblem and original drawings belong to Corsario Trading unless a note says otherwise. You may read them and link to public pages. You may not copy the site into another product, or present it as your own, without written permission from us. Trademarks of other businesses, if a factual mention includes them, remain theirs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Corsario Trading and its principals are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the site, your reliance on sample data, a link to a third party, or an inability to reach the dashboard. That includes direct, indirect, incidental and consequential loss, and loss of profits, data or opportunity. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places the limitation applies only as far as the law permits.
The site is a public information page. It is not the system of record for trading. Nothing here creates a duty of care to visitors.
11. No warranty
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change or remove pages without notice.
12. Governing law
Governing law and venue are not selected in this draft. Counsel should name a jurisdiction and a court, or an arbitration seat, before publication. Until a revised version does so, these terms do not appoint a forum. Mandatory local rights that cannot be disclaimed stay in place.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The version you see here is the one that applies to use of the site after that date. The contact form does not lock in an older version.
